This is / was unthinkable, but here I am, willing to attempt itIt’s easier when there is a reason to leave, when I don’t have to choose when. So many contexts — how many me’s?

Somehow, I made it! Not even as dazed as I might be.
Astonished by changes in capacity, in self.
Still, so full, can’t sleep, but not buzzing.
The progression of the day, from one thing to the next, seems to have been fortuitous in direction.

Sweet sitting down, satisfaction, case studies shared, listening
Walked / danced 30km over the past 24 hours, gladly, but left knee and lower back complain these days
Grateful for movement, grateful for stillness
